We're looking for a mature, responsible single person or couple to take over our lease.
What do you love about this place?
We love our private outdoor space! It's perfect for chilling, dinners outside, outdoor yoga and entertaining. The apartment is completely soundproof, despite being in the heart of the LES - right atop Essex Market at Delancey & Essex. The Bertozzi kitchen appliances are lovely (oven, stovetop, microwave, etc), and the Bosch washer/dryer in unit is a godsend. Central AC makes this place cool in summer and warm in winter. We love the marble bathroom as it's easy to keep clean. The building amenities are awesome: 2x public roof spaces (one on our floor, 6, and one on 26) with great views of the city. There is a shared lounge space with a pool table, and a gym with Peloton bikes.
What isn't so great about this place?
Studio living has its perks and drawbacks... the good thing is it's right by the Williamsburg Bridge, so an easy cycle to Williamsburg or East river run if you're craving space.
