If we screened your tenant and you have an active Flip lease, we'll guarantee the monthly rent. You'll get it on-time every month even if your tenant is late.
Here's how it works.
When you receive an application from a potential tenant, their profile will say whether or not they qualify for the Flip Rent Guarantee. If they do and you want the guarantee to be on, follow the steps below to enable the Rent Guarantee for your lease:
- Upgrade to the Leaseholder or Landlord plan if you haven't already
- Sign the lease
That's it. Your new tenant will be required to enable automatic payments and add a back up payment method.
